Maybe it would be better phrased as, "In my asshole-trendy-US-hating-left-wing-Hugo-Chavez-cock-sucking opinion, the United States is best at bullying. Cut works perfectly well. It's only grayed out when it's not applicable. Highlight something on this page that is not in a text box, cut will be grayed out, then reply to this comment, highlight some text, and cut and copy will both be available.
