How is this different from certain phones allowing the CPU to run on full power only when a benchmark is detected to be running? Are they going to be recalled as well?

McGruber writes: Yesterday, a ridiculously huge commotion and massive traffic jam occurred when Atlanta Police closed the downtown connector (Interstates 75 & 85) and called out the bomb squad to detonate a "suspicious device" taped to a bridge. This video also came to my mind and I was very suprised when I have seen how Zune's box will look like. I thought "man, Microsoft finally learned something". The box looks very stylish to me.
