the government mrkt has bleed the civilian market a tad of skilled werkers at a certain range of wages. Doing the math easy stile, say $100 per hour, given an expected 36 hr week, gives a good idea what cheap is... 20years ago we were paying 350 per hour for around 5 to 10 hours per week. now with labor demands being what they are, i bet nobody can get federal min wage rates for Slybercecurity.
