As far I know this type currency will be collapsed as soon it is launched.

Why do they need to test their own currency? What if all the banks decided to do the same and how will they decide who got the superior money of all. Why not do a digital currency them self and make them the standard currency for all over the world. Correct me if I'm wrong.
