while on the average, I don't eat much butter (my parents were hippies are raised me "right") my girlfriend is a completely different story. In one weekend, 5 of us were served about 2 pounds of butter! I walked away happy and with a larger belt. I'd say her average consumption is around 50 pounds or more a year. And yet she's skinny!!
