Or, let people specify their own sFTP or other hosted storage for themselves. Shared hosting is very cheap or free these days, so I suggest letting users set where data is stored. If web content is readable and meaningful to me than it already has inherent meaning. Semantic tagging duplicates effort. Google shows us that machines can read content directly, just like people. I see no need to create separate 'machine readable' meta content alongside the normal content.
