First, I would finish your college education before making any assumptions to what the best sources are for various types of information. I guarantee you are wasting more time than you realize. A big part of life is getting organized to help stay on top of things. Once you accomplish that, navigating the non-electronic resources becomes a heck of a lot easier. Finding a Reference librarian who can help you wade through the sea of information is one of the most invaluable things you can do while attending college. I speak from experience, having spent the last 11 years or so working in academic libraries ;). There are so many different types of new electronic resources coming out on a regular basis, it's almost as difficult as keeping track of the print resources(!) -P
