Easy for End User Product (Score 1)

Considering you are looking for a product for a law firm I would recommend an easy to use product... Lawyers + Machines = Problem Check out the Panasonic DP-190 MFP. Much lower cost than the HP Digital Sender. Easier to use, easier to connect. Includes license free software that is VERY end user friendly.
