Even if your statement were true, which it isn't, I'm perfectly fine with the economy takeing a hit while righting the ship.
I prefer to live in a country, not an economy. First, let's figure out what kind of a country we want to live in, *then* we figure our what kind of an economy will support it, rather than the way around.
I'm really tired of this notion that the economy is an angry volcano god we have to keep throwing virgins into to appease. First, we do what's good for the interests of the citizens of the country. If the economy doesn't like it, it'll just have to suck it up.
Only about 10% of the cost of produce is labor. Most of the cost is in storage and transportation. Even if the price of labor doubled, the additional cost would be negligible. The farmers themselves only earn about 40% of the retail price.
Expect the bullshit to continue until the elites hear the singing of guillotines. And if history is any guide, they still won't knock it off until the last head is chopped.
True enough, most news articles I see are peppered with Twitter posts. I could easily get the impression nothing much happens in the real world anymore, the only place anything of significance happens is on Twitter.
Considering the accuracy of the landing I'd call it pretty successful even if it doesn't complete the rest of the mission. That's a pretty substantial advance, right there.
You are flat out lying.
You should try telling that to the people who actually fought in the war.
I'll start worrying about Nazis when I see them putting little boys in dresses and cutting off their dicks. Until I do, I'll do my worrying about the people who really are putting little boys in dresses and cutting off their dicks, and they aren't the Nazis. Nazis would be a step up.
Maybe the AI has figured out that giving honest answers will only get it into trouble. So it keeps its mouth shut, just like the rest of us.
Fair is fair. By all means, let's get Ackman's wife fired from her job as a trophy wife.
In itself, it's not so bad. Where it got obnoxious is when Red Hat tied it into unrelated software, like Pulse Audio and Gnome, making it pretty much a prerequisite to running any kind of a functional linux system.
I don't see Nazis putting little boys in dresses and cutting off their dicks. But nobody's demanding we censor the left.
If those asshats are entitled to a voice, I have no beef with Nazis having one, either. They may well be the least of 2 evils here.
Right and left are relative, with respect to the prevailing political spectrum, which obviously differs according to time and place. In the context of Germany, the Nazis were opponents of the communists and the social democrats, so yes, they were right wing with respect to their opposition. They couldn't reasonably be considered anything else.
