I totally agree, i think everyone remembers the shoddy piece of OS that was DOS 4? How many patches did they release? I don't know of anyone that actually installed it, everyone pretty much went from DOS 3.30 to DOS5.

How good was Quarterdecks's DesqView though, way better multitasking then Windows could ever do. Aaaaah those were the days! :)
