Couldn't agree more. My first PDA was a Psion 5. After one year of use, just after the warranty expired the screen screen broke due to abbrasion. Believe it or not, the whole screen needs to be replaced instead of just the cable at > 1/3 the price of the PDA! Well, thinking that this is a well-known problem and they should have fixed it in 5mx. I decided to get the 5mx. Know what? The exact same problem occurred just a month after the warranty expires! I still think that Psion PDA is one of the best and I am amazed at the quality of the software. However, enough is enough, a Psion 5mx is not exactly cheap. I have since been looking for alternatives...
