So: 1x sniper 1x bionic body armour outfit 1x high calibre sniper rifle I don't know, it sounds like a really expensive way to lose weight when you can just get one of those things for around your waist.

As I understand it, the argument is that Apple's software is like a commodity, or "information currency" if you like, in the same way that gold is a commodity. They keep their actual software, like the banks keep the actual gold, but issue a "bank note" (which is just a promisory note) in the form of a user licence. The "jailbreaking is illegal" claim is therefore that transferring/changing their software is tantamount to defacing currency (which is illegal).

It's a great idea, and I like the look of it. I think I prefer having a separate solar charger though, so I wouldn't have to remember to leave it out in daylight. Besides, if it's separate from the phone you could incorporate a wind-up facility, which would be incredibly useful, especially living where I do in the land of snow and ice (England).

I voted "radically different" for precisely the same reason. It would seem to be the most practical solution for colonial travel to other planets, as physiological efficiency on board wouldn't drop drastically. Besides, for procreation ("shagging") on the "new Earth", it'd be crucial to have that sorted out before you arrive. I'm all about the procreation.
