I seem to recall a certain intelligence agency admitting to the 9/11 commission they had intelligence about the hijackers taking flight training classes prior to the attacks. Hmmmmm, having that intel and keeping that information source operating sure came in handy back then. Might as well go with the same logic this time. Hell yes NSA, you kill those terrorist websites, and the websites that they have spawned!!!!!!!

This act doesn't account for any legitimate use of differentiated services. As an ISP that also offers VoIP, by classifying voice traffic over data traffic on our local network, even to the degree that it has a negligible impact on data traffic, would be in violation of this act. I think it needs to be amended to take into consideration legit uses of differentiated services, and not just as an evil that big telco and cable companies can use to prevent or limit access to content of their choosing. In spirit i would support this act, but it going to take some modification to insure it doesn't create the anti-competitive environment it's intended to prevent.

I reccomend taking a look at the features tradeking.com has come up with. They are an online brokerage, and preventing abuse on their site is tantanmount as hundreds of millions of dollars change hands daily. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to web security, but it seems to me that the steps they take to get confirmation back in a form that an automated system can't interact with (especially the java/ajax/whatever plugin they use for password verification.
