I would say you are seriously understaffed, and that is completely normal. I.T. sucks. I got out of that field to pursue electrical engineering.

i use a large whiteboard too. In addition to the colored markers, I use a bunch of different size and color post-it-notes that I can rearrange as needed. That is mostly helpful for me because I can take the notes off the whiteboard and put then on the files I am working on when necessary.

I have eaten pizza in a LOT of places. Weirdest pizza was probably in Egypt. While trekking through Bhutan in the Himalayas, our cook even made an oven with an overturned large cooking pot and made mountain pizza over an open fire. By far however, the best pizza I have ever had was while traveling through Croatia. Found a small cafe in Split with only a few locals in it. I ordered the Caprese Pizza and man was it good. IMHO you can't go wrong with tomato, mozzarella, and basil.
