You find more "cases" the more you test. Trump explained this, but people pretended they didn't understand what he was saying. You know why Kenya doesn't have many cases? Because they don't test. They don't have the infrastructure to do it. Europe largely halted their testing, and now that they are testing again the number of "cases" are shooting up. The US has been testing the most (I know, it can't be true, because "Orange Man Bad") so it has one of the highest case numbers per capita.

The CDC in JUNE said the US likely had 20 million infected, while there were 2 million "cases" reported.

  I am not sure why people ignore this basic fact, but people have been ignoring the science on this forever. The real story is the true infection numbers are 10 TO 40 TIMES more than the "case" numbers.
