you should introduce slashdot to your students b/c im a college student and i freaking need to know how to get score 3 on this thing :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for my hw.......!! lol. but i think this would be great site for students :D

how about you ask the students what they wanna learn? because these days, oh man high school students are beyond our imagination!

i wish there is a map for laptops or computers for non-high-tech people. That would be awesome :) I have trouble finding things on my computer... and esp. for my parents! they're trying to learn how to use the computer but oh gosh :(! so much explaining! and def. need patience......

Although the facts presented are true, you have to take a look at what's behind the facts before making an accurate observation. Asian culture is different than that of the United State's culture. One example is that in Hong Kong (China in general) there are a lot more people in that country than in the United States, therefore the competition for jobs is much greater. For most Chinese citizens, the only way to get out of poverty is to find a good job, therefore they focus more on their studies to out-compete others. Also, many Asian countries offer tutoring outside of school. So even though Asians spend less time in school, they spend additional time in tutoring to enhance their knowledge and testing skills.

do these programs have the "FIND" option? like on the MicroSoft programs??? that would be awesome! I really love "FIND" options on the programs;)

I knew it! there's one good thing about sleeping too much! *I want to believe the article meant more than avg. hours of sleep per day* lol. my mother used to say 'sleeping too much makes you lazy' but now I can argue against her with this reason. but i must say, these days i can wake up without any alarms in the morning.......could this possibly mean that i'm getting old?
