Well... I've worked with many web based apps under servers like websphere or sunone and if you think it's difficult to configure properly a Tomcat installation you shouldn't try even to actually go near of one of it's bigger brothers! you can learn how to install a tomcat server in less than an hour if somebody with experience explain you the basic concepts. sure you will not be able to deploy Ejbs or use the jmx services, but... they are not very good technologies anyway for most developments n
