well for one, ORBS is history at this point, so relatively moot.
although ORBS was exceedingly helpful to me in my own testing. they notified me of my customers who were relaying, which helped me immensely in closing down those customers who were violating aup, and i read the page and how they tested, and followed the instructions, and lo and behold, problem solved.
i never had to do more than shut down the customer causing my mailservers to be listed, and then filing on the website for retest, and the server was immediately removed.
did you follow the instructions on the website as to how to remove your server?
