You are aware that it was originally the phrase "Big Industry", which we now further drill down to the specific industry, to refer to the specific handful of corporations that control the overwhelming majority of trade and lobbying in said industry, right? The fact that you confused it with Big Pharma, rather than Big Tech (and on Slashdot no less) is the most puzzling piece of your comment's equation...
