Process is never an issue, people implementing the process are. Also talks a lot about an industry where incompetent fools who take sadistic pleasure in a process abound. Good software, irrespective of the process used, has been developed before agile, and shall continue to be developed long after agile is six feet deep in the ground. The moment you can understand the concept of using the right tool for the job, these debates become meaningless, and you focus on building long lasting and correct software.
