You say that South Park is awful. Granted, but this award is about concepts that have nothing to do with its awfulness. The Oscar is for Original Score, not tact or cleanliness. The song was very well-written, and the movie itself was a great concept that offended everyone equally. :) Personally, I love the series, and the movie just caps the creative careers of two great thinkers, although they choose some vulgar ways to express themselves. My $0.02
