Those are clusters, high numbers for tpc-c clusters is an exercise in how many PCs a vendor can put in one room. It does show that both IBM and Compaq can build rooms with good cooling. If you, or anyone alse, thinks the cluster tpc-c numbers has more relevance--please supply me with a reference of a real application using a setup like those, that does what the tpc-c benchmark is supposed to measure.
