chielk writes: The UN Security Council has backed a no-fly zone over Libya and "all necessary measures" short of an invasion "to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas".

The UK, France and Lebanon proposed the council resolution, with US support.

In his youth chielk seemed like any boy, but from his time in university the inner geek started becoming more and more eminent. As his social skills declined, his mind slowly became one with the internet. It did not take long before his mind was able to run x86 assembly, and his speech behame riffled with indentation, parentheses and other special characters. He became one of the most devout activists for open sourcing the brain. The end came after he tried to install Coreboot on his brain. As of now nobody has been able to reboot him from hibernation.
