E-stamp way of implementing taxes (Score 1)

To all. Instead of offering a critique, I'd like to post an actual solution of which a special case would be an E-tax. I call it the E-stamp approach and it can be created now without any legislation. E-stamps can be made with actual monetary value or mere "funny money" value. E-stamps can be made by anyone, anytime just as easily as a digital signature can be gotten from someone like versign.
