I can answer that. We track our customers' browsers very closely. My company would lose about $100M of online sales if we didn't support Netscape 4.7 or IE 5.0.
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
