The Teknion Contessa is a fantastic chair that I actually prefer over the Aeron. I've used one at work for over 11 years, and a little over 10 years ago I bought one for myself. It is quite customizable aesthetically, but also functionally. I originally got a mesh seat and was happy with it for several years, after which it started to sag a bit at the front. I was able to buy a replacement for just the seat -- and this time I got a cushion seat instead and have been once again quite happy with it. After 10 years there is a bit of wear but no signs of anything significant. I'll probably have it for another 10 years. BTW if you need a headrest, there is an optional one you can purchase for it.
