And they don't do WINDOWS. Thank God. The processors used in space are specially graded and hardened. These chip work well outside of the avarage enviorment. The new machines of today are for controled enviorments, and much more sensitive to its surrounding. The OS for the CPU's on Hubble should be nothing less than Good assembly code. Much more efficent than the consumer stuff and reliable.
