Yep, just wanted to confirm this again. I just called them and asked about the rumors of the mistaken "We were unable to allocate shares".
They said that if you were apart of the affinity directed shares program then it was a mistake because those shares haven't been issues.
It sounded as if they had lost my previous "conditional allocation" request (or at least moved it to the public IPO shares) because they had to get all my info again from "the mail" and place a new order.
Call the 1-800-stocks-5 number and ask to talk to a broker because your an affinity customer and need to be verified.
