Putting masks on young children hurts them. The teachers unions hurt children by not opening schools. And yes: public schools have failed. Most public schools in cities in the US were not open last year and it looks like they won't be open this year either. What the "Florida guy" is trying to force is a non-public option for schools which is obviously needed because the teachers union is holding the system hostage.
