For someone who thinks they're so noble in their ideals, you seem to miss this very fundamental point of equality, one that is enshrined in the US constitution. I'll quote you the Bill of Rights:

nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws


Your reading of the Constitution fits fine within your "world view" but it is exactly those (incorrect) interpretations that jeopardize our national sovereignty.

I'm sorry, but the U.S. Constitution is for the governing and the protection of U.S citizens, NOT foreign nationals, period. When the document reads "We the People of the United States, ..." or mentions "people" or "person," it is referring specifically to the citizens of the United States. When the document mentions "States" it is not referring to "Foreign States" but rather one of the United States.
