y'know, Anno is Anno. That means he cannot do something real ordinary. I still get some shivers while watching mid-way Nadia episodes, and that was supposed to be just a Vernes-like kids tale! Of course Nadia's ending is a real wreck, but the mid-way episodes leave no doubts about the fact that the same man created NGE.
