As the title says, think someones been looking at PhotoPea.
And just so you know PhotoPea does NOT send data to the web, everything happens on the client/browser.
The only time it sends data to the net is if you use its share thingy (cant remember, dont use it).
PhotoPea makes money by ads and subscriptions that remove the ads. The cost is $10US for 3 months and can be so low because he pays bugger all for server costs due to the what I said above. The subscription is not ongoing and must be bought every time it runs out, probably to remove ongoing costs on his end (no automation needed). Hes making over a million a year so its working quite well for him (one man team, all profit).
PhotoPea is a masterpiece of JavaScript and really shows what is capable in a browser.
