Has to be the stupid microwave (Score 1)

No contest here. A microwave oven only needs an on/off switch, nothing more. The microwave in my hovel has a little dial that acts as an on switch and a timer. So simple. The more you twist the dial, the longer it stays on. When I'm at the girlfriends house and want to reheat yesterdays dried up pizza, I have to press button after button to select from all kinds of redundant options. It would be quicker to order a fresh pizza. Who needs to set the cooking time to the exact second? The twisty dial is soooo much easier to use than the fifteen button lcd display variety. It's a perfect example of the pointless over complication that has become the norm in our society. Some of ther other poll options are valid too. (stupid cell phones!)
