Unlocked? In England and Wales, trespass is merely a civil offence. I'm impressed by your electric toilet, and of course I'm excited by the prospect of a Beowulf cluster of electric toilets, but the police are much less excitable, and I think you'd have to wait a while for them to . . . look into it.
