Bush White House: "If I wanted to see a piece of fiction I'd go see shrek" *evil white people laugh* (think ming the merciless here)

Right-wing: *evil white people confirming laugh* "It's all lies. Fearless leader is never wrong."

American Liberals(not to be confused with real liberals in places like Europe): "It's like he's pandering to me. Go Michael Moore... Go!" *radical wild-eyed cry*

Euro Liberals: "I hates zee bush" *smoke cigarette*

Normal people: "I uhh.. don't get the reference. What are these books of which you speak?"

Kerry: (crickets)

  • Max is my HERO [imdb.com] See: 9, 21, 25, 54, 58, 59 [awesome!], 63, 60 [!!!FLASH Ahh-Ahhh!], 72, 79, 84... OMG it just goes on and on! Also, [thanks for reminding me] I so need to catch up on his movies!
Right-wing: *evil white people confirming laugh* "It's all lies. Fearless leader is never wrong." *sniff, sniff* I smell DR. Strangelove!*sniff* :D
Anyway I ain't gonna' pay [note the _pay_] to see it. I'll wait for it to be broadcast on the TV or squirrel a copy from a friend. Jeez, I think I just said I'm not g
    • I see no point in me going to see it. I already don't like Bush, I don't need to pay money to get whipped into an anti-bush frenzy, much less give money to Michael *fucking* Moore to do so.

I'll catch it on TV(or via a friend or something) in a few years if I catch it at all. Well, unless someone pays my way to go see it.
      • Do you feel you're doing your part to help probable Bush re-electors see the light and vote for Kerry? F911 has some information I wasn't aware of, and I hope I can use it to convince others to vote for Kerry.
        • I'm not voting for Kerry, he's given me no reason to. I think he'll do a better job than Bush but not a significantly better job. I won't vote for what I see as the lesser of two evils, and I don't see how Bush == Bad means Kerry == Good. It just means Bush == Bad.

I'll probably end up voting 3rd party(but not Green or Nader).
  • Euro Liberals: "I hates zee bush" *smoke cigarette*

I beg your pardon. I quit smoking months ago.

    Oh, uh, whoops!

  • He's basically getting a counterpoint to all the mudslinging the RNC did over the last few months on TV. Instead he let's Michael Moore go out there, soak up all the battle damage and he still get's an implicit boost. Take Roger Ebert: he's had a several week long back and forth with people wondering about his objectivity (which he has always said, is impossible in critique) and the factuality of Fahrenheit 9/11. That's a popular critical figure, probably bigger than most political analyists, supporting
    • Kerry has been relatively clean so far. There was actually a bush ad(never run but on the campaign site) which strung together moveon.org submissions, stump speaches and the like(all critical of Bush) and then ended on happy shiny musak(This is not the time for pessimism and rage, this is the time for leadership[constipated picture of dubya]). I found it funny(Kerry's not going negative so we're going to show them as being negative to justify us being negative and try to appear above the fray), even if it
  • At first I planned on seeing the movie at The Fox Tower where it was playing at multiple theatures starting about every 45 minutes. Before I and the friend I eventually saw it with got there we ran into a couple other people we knew who said it was sold out for the entire night.

Anyway, in conversation someone suggested that there be a "Neo-Con" night for watching F911 so that they could heckle the movie and have a good time.

Heck, I'd probably find that entertaining myself, just for different reasons.
