Remember the Palm Pilot? (Score 1)

Not long ago, the Palm was called the Palm Pilot and Pilot Pen sued and won! See Story Of course then 3Com sued (and won) Microsoft in regards the their new "Palm PC", which was renamed to "Palm-sized PC"...but again, the damage was done and people still called them Palm PC's. My point is that even in across industries does not seem to stop the suing re: trademarks.
