When they see traffic from a host they recognize as a video streaming source, they reduce (throttle) the available bandwidth from that host to that which which will give just better than 480P resolution for that video provider's average bitrate. Progressive video streaming technology (most streaming video is delivered as progressive video now... autonegotiating the video delivered to the available bandwidth and perceived congestion on the socket)
In doing so, they foce you to either:
1) Watch video with many interruptions
2) Watch video at the approved rate.

Remember when we were screaming for net neutrality, and the wireless providers said it would harm consumers?
This is the world without net-neutrality.
Enjoy.

We didn't vote for this, it was lobbied into existence. Just like all the new laws that get passed. We vote for people to represent us, who instead represent those who gave them all the money they needed to convince us they had OUR interests in mind during their campaign.
It's a big club, and you ain't in it.

From someone who was charged with circumvention of the DMCA, let me tell you:
Any effort to circumvent a measure employed by the manufacturer of any device that employs cryptographic keys to tailor rights to the whim of said manufacturer is a felony in the third degree and can be countered with charges that can and will land you in a prison cell.
I would say ask me how I know, but you seem to have all the answers.

Funny how you keep talking about democracy as if you aren't trying to kill it yourself, by silencing and belittling those with whom you disagree. It's not democracy if only your side has a voice, that's mob rule, and fascism. Slippery slope that.

What exactly is Jim-Crowe-esque about requiring ALL voters to present identification to vote?
You statement can only be used to imply one of the following statements:
1). Only people of color don't have ID. (This is a racist assumption, because everyone is capable of acquiring an ID card, regardless of color, creed, or even nationality now)
2). Only white people with ID will be allowed to vote. (This is not stated in the law at all, in fact it says VOTERS must present ID, not WHITE VOTERS).

You need an ID to do any of the following:
Purchase alcohol. Suddenly all store owners are racist now?
Fly in a commercial plane. So the airline industry is racist too?
Drive a car. Are you saying the DMV is racist?
Get a job. Now ALL employers are racist now?
Withdraw money from any bank. HOLY CRAP, when will the racism stop?

Your statement is bullshit, but thanks for playing.

One can assume that all of the chemicals and tools required to convert said seaweed into biofuel has doubled, or even tripled since 2021, so you may as well change that $43 to $129... Ahh, that's better, guess all those hicks in all those places we don't like will have to buy electric cars they don't want, with money they don't have. What we need is a way to do commerce on public transport. /sarcasm
