it would be neat if some form of discrimination lawsuit could be made. them saying yep and still refusing to clear the entry is moronic.

i'm torn between the legal and moral. i recently needed to look up texas laws on it because i needed to record a conversations with a friend and with the police separately. in this state it is one party consent meaning if i am somehow involved i can record whatever without telling them. on one hand the law says we are fine. on the other you're still a shitlord for doing it.

since it is "flock" forcing these guardrails and not legislation, the police will just roll their contract to a company that doesn't force them. which will likely be some subsidiary of flock. that or departments can buy a premium subscription after talking to a sales rep to get past them again.

looking at the patch that does the actual work on github it is 75% readme pr stunt. imagine being the way that guy is and not removing the location or email fields as well.

i really want to blame the admin for being the most retarded of retarded, but we are also talking about adobe software here, who, by right, has earned upon multiple levels, the biggest retard in and on earth award, for 43 years coming. pdf has never been, and will never be, actually good.

"""competency""" can user talk to bot in english and believe its lies? congrats you graduated.

to fix the article: windows 11 growth slows as everyone who could afford a new computer that just came with it pre installed dont need more of them. if normies could just throw money on tech right now microsoft would be having a crazy public jerkoff over the w11 adoption rate, pretending its not just because most are not savvy enough to install an os (or think) for themselves.

if Engineers cannot make good content, it should be equally obvious CEOs cannot make ethical content.

words of someone who has somehow been lucky enough to somehow avoid all news of the u.s government in 2025

they should just rewrite it in rust like all the other dumb shit ubuntu has ruined with it lol

where "ai" is illegal because its too smart, but "vi" is ok because its more a waste of your time than anything helpful.
