Since I haven't seen this mentioned yet, here's an article from yahoo.com that lists how the bonus will be paid to the employees.
Very, very little (if any) is going to the avergage worker. The bulk (if not all) is going to the VP level and above, with the exception of the four most senior people at WCOM.
