I've used Webmin for remote cluster package administration before, and it's worked well. To update multiple servers running Debian, I've used the Cluster Command Shell feature to send `apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade -f -y` to multiple servers at once. Though Webmin definitely has minor issues here and there, overall it's been a great tool.
