The sales guy said it was due for 2020 along with broadcasting (in Japan).
That gives me a few years to settle there and make loads of money to buy one, I guess :)

Build a station on the moon, harvest materials, build new technologies, harvest the asteroid belt for new unknown materials, build new technologies, colonize other planets, then the galaxy, then fight off the aliens invaders... ;-)
