I'm a doctor. My surgery appears as a hidden number, to stop patients getting doctors direct numbers. I have no option but to call using a withheld number. Pretty sure you can't sue me for your decision not to pick up the phone.

A lot of my work takes place on locked down hospital and Trust networks where external USB devices are not allowed, common email ports may be closed or even machines will only run those executable files on a network white list. That solution also relies on me always having the flash disk on me - rather than losing it, the usual fate of my flash drives - and installing Mac, Linux and Windows versions of the portable software.
