See anything with Peter G Neumann's name on it. For example, a soft-covered book "Computer-Related Risks" is old [1995] but still available at Amazon. Neumann has been publishing this stuff for years in ACM SIGSEN bulletin as "Risks to the Public" [I'm not sure its still there].
