I solved my wrist problems (severe) with physical therepy.
Most crucial excersises I did - independent finger
rotation, manipulation, and stretching.
Other - wrist curling - both up and down - you can get machines which specialize in this
Also push-ups and other arm/elbow, and shoulder excersises for better overall circulation in extremities. Mail me for more specifics :
