Do you comprehend that it is impossible to win in nuclear war? All existing treaties are just gentlemen's agreements and nothing more. There is no 100% protection against retaliation attack. USA builds its anti-ballistic missile defense. So lets now ask ourselves what ballistic missile is? It is just a safe way to store nuclear warheads at your own territory within your own security perimeter, so nobody else has access to it, except you. The same we can say about any other type of conventional nuclear warheads. The main concern is not about penetrating defense of your potential enemy, but guarantee long term safety of your own nuclear arsenal at your own territory. That is why Russia eliminated nuclear trains, because it is just not safe. It is extremely dangerous to drive trains with warheads across your own cities. So as you can imagine the other way is juts to place warheads into orbit and just wait for the time to drop them from the skies back. What is the problem with this? This is absolutely not safe for your own country to deploy such weapon. It can be just an accident at orbit or such satellite can be taken under control by an idiot or terrorist. It is not safe for your own country. Flying nuclear warheads by planes is dangerous. USA had several accidents in its history. Keeping them aboard of submarines is dangerous. We had accidents with nuclear submarines already. We do all precautions but we cannot avoid accidents with nuclear power stations: Chernobyl, Fukushima. It is safer to have small nuclear warheads and ballistic missiles stored in nuclear silos under guard of special forces. Further escalation of cold war style nuclear race will force sides to use less safe ways of storing existing weaponry, make more powerful warheads, multiply methods of delivery, enlarge military personal having access to nuclear warheads, be less safe and develop dangerous less human manually controlled types of machines. The potential ways to attack will be always cheaper than ways to defend. The race will elevate risks of accidents and loss of weapons to terrorists to extreme levels. The current situation reminds me software engineering problems, when product managers are trying to redesign reliable working systems for the sake of having good job. When people having no idea about what to do in this life are trying to break what is working well.

It does not matter how good or bad code is, the most important thing is how it is understandable. Every project is written with basic simple language abstracts and uses standard APIs of existing libraries. Nobody ever complain about existing languages, libraries or frameworks as long as they are well documented and have a lot of samples on-line to comprehend how they work. The development nightmare starts when volume of code to read exceeds 100s of written text pages and has no structure and proper logical isolation of its components and modules. We can write ugliest code, using tons of "code sugar" in order to kill code readability, but as long as it has simple logical separation of responsibilities it is not a big deal to comprehend and support. Long time ago I head following statement: "The automation of chaos provides automated chaos". If people don't understand how process should work, it is impossible to structure it and code it properly. So when you ask for code samples, whose job do you really want to see?

Therefore robotized army under control of AI is serious internal threat to the government. At the same time this government crisis is unavoidable since the first nation which achieves 100% robotization and centralization of its arms forces will win the war over conventional arm forces. So you can block robotization and usage of AI in arm forces in order to avoid government crisis, but then you will be conquered from outside.

Guys, Google's business is about indexing web content and selling content related ads and reports. The following is a list of technologies which are threats to Google's business: - Application stores: Android, iOS and Windows desktop applications makes Google search engine irrelevant. - Single Page JavaScript applications like React have no entry point via URL, so React applications don't support indexing of web sites by Google. That is why Google pushes AngularJS which in turn support indexing by Google. The only problem AngularJS did not support native applications support for a long time, so a result React gained in popularity significantly. - Video streams. This is major threat to web crawling and indexing. They will evolve into individual entertainment services. We will play computer games on-line via receiving video streams, instead of rendering content on client machine using expensive 3D graphics cards, this is going to be major push towards rendering content per user. VR will gain in popularity as well as soon as video stream is going to be rendered on server instead of current client side rendering. - Virtual assistants will transform into video assistants as well. Web sites will be replaced with video assistant. So all the operations at web sites and services will go via communication with virtual video assistant. Video stream provides ultimate flexibility in terms of usage of technologies at server side. It will bring death to JavaScript, HTML and as a result to Google Search business as well. So they deliberately killed Fiber network in Kansas, since it accelerates introduction of video based technologies over internet and imminent death of Google Search business. Sorry Google, but you are as evil as Microsoft now.

Guys, the UI is defined by product managers. But most of them are blindly copy paste others ideas, no questions asked. If flat designed is used by Apple that means it is the best design ever. You forget about first time user experience, if you work with application for the first time it is better to have UI having excessive number of labels, messages and duplication of functionality, but when you operate the same application again and again having excessive UI elements makes it trashy. So yes, flat UI kills first time user experience for sure. But when we operate site on daily basis, we like to have more content instead of UI elements.

I assume that they are doing this anyway, I only consider that information obtained this way should be used only for public safety and cannot be used against the user in any form except that. If they do visit us lets ask ourselves why they don't communicate to us. See the answers in our culture. Look at our Hollywood movies and all that crap we dream about. It is non stop war and fight for dominance. Now, look at our universe from perspective of density of intelligent life forms. At our earth we have 7 billion people of intelligent life forms and its square size is 510.1 million km. It is 13 people per km. If we stretch our population to the size of Jupiter which has 60 billion km we are going to have just 0.1 human per km. If we stretch humans to the surface of the sun we are going to have one human per 1000 km. If we stretch humans to the surface of our Solar system which is equal to Hill sphere radius = 1 - 3 light years, then we are going to have following number of humans per km =7000000000 / (4 * 3.14 * 9460730472580 ) = 6 * 10 power -18, in other words we are going to have one human per 6 000 000 000 000 000 000 km, so it is one human per 10 billion Earths.
