as long as 'time to finish coding'
is not a 'time to market'... i think we
may use 'time to market' to measures 'productivity'.
coz 5 GOOD is 100 times better than 500 BAD.
if you've a short 'time to finish coding',
but your code is BAD ... you need an extra
time to 'debug' it. ...may be 'time to market' is your answer. ...just 'may be' :)
