Give me a break! No feeble fan campaign is gonna save this stinker. If it couldn't save better shows (eg Buffy, Farscape) then how could it save a show who's ratings have gone down the crapper?
I'll let you in on a little secret- many Star Trek fans like me have prayed this show would be euthanized. Your lame "just don't watch it" argument has one big problem: Paramount isn't likely to start another, better show while they're still dragging the albatross of "Enterprise" around their neck.
You can't give a patient a donor heart until you take out the old one. Same for Star Trek. While shows could conceivably overlap a season or so, it's not likely that two will run for years concurrently, especially given the comparatively poor ratings of the last 2 or 3 Star Trek series and the rising production costs. Let Paramount cut loose the dead weight and try again to create a watchable show.
