Its dreadful. They claim is "Unlimited" but are getting taken to task by OFCOM for lying, as its really capped at 100gb per month, on their most expensive package. The sheer amount of terms and conditions related to restrictions is beyond the norm for a broadband connection here. At the minute i'm on virgin 20mb, no cap, for 40mb fiber id be paying double and have a 100gb cap. Wtf.

I really disagree with a lot of their stuff, but this (independent movement) I can totally agree with, banks treat customers like crap.
