Compare "eliminates" to "eliminates if all the linked code follows the best techniques now and in future maintenance AND if you wait until a future version of the language not yet defined." We're talking about the most common cause of software vulnerabilities. Eliminating them entirely is sufficiently valuable to question a language that was really cool in the 1990s.

Tabs closing is a smaller problem than tabs accumulating.

I would like to see automatic garbage collection of tabs. If I haven't worked in it for X period of time (and maybe if it doesn't have any input data), then automatically close the thing, so I don't have to periodically dump old tabs anymore.
