Wouldn't 4MiB be exactly 32 million bits? Why is this roughly 33.5?
Lets go with that:
32,000,000 * 6 = 192,000,000 transistors.
That leaves 'roughly' 108,000,000 transistors for L1 cache, code execution, and other minor functionality.
